From inserting my order to delivery the service was very good. Was kept well informed of when my package was going to be delivered and informed when it arrived.

I purchased earrings from Faye for a friend's birthday. The parcel arrived with only the invoice and a large gift bag - earrings nowhere to be found. I contacted their customer service team (Melissa) and received the most atrocious service. They don't answer the phone and when 'Melissa' finally responded to my second email request, she practically accused me of stealing, told me the warehouse had definitely sent it and the case was closed - with no evidence! I told her I would be raising a dispute with PayPal and received another rude email telling me to cancel it - screw you! I raised the dispute with PayPal and have just received my refund (the only evidence Faye were able to provide was the Hermes tracking number). SHOCKER!
MAKE SURE YOU READ T&Cs BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. There is nothing on their website about missing items. I WAS NOT THE FIRST AND WILL NOT BE THE LAST TO EXPERIENCE THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE. Reading other reviews on here, the quality of their products is absolute crap. -10 out of 10, would not recommend.

Ordered a rose gold necklace was happy when it first arrived and had no issues with customer service etc. However I’ve only worn the necklace twice and it has been kept safe in its original box, I have just gone to wear it and it is all discoloured. I am very careful with my jewellery taking good care of it and not getting it wet/in contact with liquids. I am very disappointed seeing as the price wasn’t cheap! I’ve had jewellery from Topshop etc last longer than this!

I received my order after only two days.

Still waiting for my order - appalling service apparently dispatched and being delivered by Royal Mail - tracking number doesn’t exist. Company has taken my money by false pretences and not delivered goods.
Do not use this company

I had to give one star to write report -otherwise it would 0. Dreadful service ordered a gift for a friend & she has not received it & they are not communicating with me. Beware you order, pay & not receive goods & no customer support!!!

Quick delivery and the jewellery came beautifully packaged! Absolutely love the ring I ordered, very good quality!

the cristals look could have better quality, looks very fake unfortunately so I will return.

Very pleased with my purchase, however I could t give you a full five star rating due to the large box in which a small ring box and gift bag was delivered, a complete waste of packaging!
This may have been an oversight, but something you may wish to reconsider.

I was pleasantly surprised, tbh I wasn’t expecting much from the price as they are cheap jewellery but when they arrived the items were much better in real life and had a nice elegance to them good quality and build at good price , I would recommend

Beautiful products and great value!

Excellent experience with Faye. They responded promptly to my Instagram message enquiring about the sizing and the ring I bought is better than I had anticipated! Delivery took one week but given the circumstances, this is not an issue. Not sure of how the ring will wear over time but overall I am very pleased with the service and product!
